  Best customer service and experience from the wonderful staff and manager Maria!!! Staying weekly at the knights inn due to losing our home in a fire, the hotel charged our debit card twice at the $312 weekly rate. So our account was in the negative until it can be credited back in 10 days....that money That we were over charged was our living money for the week. I asked the hotel manager if they could get us food and charge it to our room or anything to help us since it was their mistake and we were left with no money and nothing to eat......management told me there was nothing they could do and they aren't paying for our food. We have been 2 days without eating now. I called cottage Inn out of desperation because we were extremely hungry. I was completely embarrassed asking if they could possibly help with something for us to eat and explained our situation. Maria was caring and passionate to our situation and without any hesitation at all asked what we would like to eat....I was in tears that she was so nice and considerate and helped us out in our time of need!! I'm so grateful and wanted to share my experience with everyone!! Cottage Inn deserves recognition on their great customer service and amazing food!! I'm a true believer now that good people still do exist!! Thank you again Cottage Inn!!!!
